“I was in a spot today. Not only had I thrown my back out, but it's a Saturday, and massages are hard to get on the spur of the moment. Trent had a cancellation and got me in for a 'soft tissue' massage shortly after I left a message.His professional demeanor, along with his knowledge of my problem, his knowledge of physical therapy, and his ability to alleviate my pain by the end of our hour, left me feeling so much better. I realize it isn't 100%, but it's the best I have felt in over 5 days. I would recommend Trent to anyone who hurts, or just needs an amazing massage. He's definitely my go-to person now. Truly a find!“

“Not only is this facility beautiful and welcoming but the front desk staff (Sheryl, Tate, and Leslie) are very caring and the massage therapists and chiropractors are next level!I started coming to Harbor Life Chiropractic after I tweaked something while lifting weights. At the time, my insurance was accepted and I was so grateful to have found a place that I could easily get an appointment and also provided such wonderful care. Shortly after I was all fixed up, they stopped accepting insurance and I initially thought I'd have to find a new chiropractor. (Un)fortunately, I was recently in a car accident and found out that HLC accepts personal injury protection insurance.I'm back and have been receiving two adjustments and two massages per week. Scheduling is soooo easy with their app. The chiropractors are highly skilled and use a gentle but effective approach. They do not do body slams, they have activators, and even rolling tables that are amazing.I've seen Patrick and Eugene for my massages. Patrick was the first man that I've ever received a massage from. He was so kind and extremely respectful, making sure I felt comfortable. My massages have been outstanding with him and I highly recommend him. Eugene offers a different technique that is also remarkable. Eugene's style is not traditional, it includes more of a sensory, bodywork, kinesiology/reflexology approach. I was a little confused at first but once I was able to relax - it was sensational. I also highly recommend him and think that alternating between these two massage therapists is tremendously helping my musculoskeletal and nervous systems.10/10 recommendation for this business! They offer memberships now for the chiropractic care. This is a very affordable option that probably costs less than your co-pays would. I plan to transition to this care plan when my auto-insurance claim coverage is exhausted.Thanks Harbor Life Chiropractic for all that you do! I am so grateful to have found such a wonderful place and love that it is so close to home!“

“Currently pregnant and have been looking for a foot massage place locally, since my feet have been my biggest issue. I came across Harbor Foot Massage on Yelp, saw the great reviews and decided to give them a try. When you walk in there's a small lobby and you have the option to either have your massage in a private room for an extra fee or out in the general area with possibly up to five other guests. The layout is six massage beds, three rows - with two side by side. My husband and I decided to go in the general area, which at first may seem off putting or uncomfortable but really wasn't because everyone is focused on their own peace/quiet/relaxation. You have a towel over your eyes for added privacy/relaxation and the soft music in the background makes it feel like you are in your own world. My masseuse was Ana (for the majority of it) and she was great... applied the perfect amount of pressure and focused on my problem areas in my feet. The Second Lady was good, a little softer with her technique, but moving forward I'd request Ana. My husband and I decided on the hour long foot massage, which also included a full body massage. The employee spent more time focusing on my feet, as I requested but my husband enjoyed the more in depth massage he received.Overall, for $45/1-hour, I definitely recommend and will be back weekly!“
