If only 0 stars was an option… Was admitted to critical care here and after multiple short staff delays and runaround was discharged after 3 days in critical care only to be told I would have to do all of the required follow ups as out patient care. This sounded easy, but as soon as I was discharged I could no longer get a hold of my doctor who wrote the referrals and was told that even though they wanted me to come back in less than 1 week for a follow up my referrals did not have an ETA and that it could take 3 WEEKS to even be contacted to schedule an appointment which would be another multiple week timeline for CRITICAL...read full review

Update for other people. JUST GO IN PERSON TO REACH THEM. They are routing ALL ( every office) calls through a call center that isn't even staffed properly. Be prepared to sit on hold for literally over an hour...........
I have been trying to reach anyone at this location for 2 weeks. No one picks up the phone. App isn't working. I call five time a day and have been waiting on hold for over 30 mins each time. Unacceptable!

Wait is way too long. Emergency room is just a cluster of too many intake people inefficiently doing their job and patients waiting impatiently for hours to be seen, then seen and brought back out to waiting room to wait again for results to be told results in front of people and then to wait for a nurse to discharge you which nurses do not do anything quickly. Oh, and a nurse is also doing an intake (triage) … nothing efficient about the system. It’s no wonder they have people waiting and waiting and waiting! Most ridiculous place I’ve ever been to.
