Harbor Physical Therapy is the absolute worst physical therapy place I have ever seen. Not only did they completely fail to improve any aspects of my Injuries, THEY MADE EVERYTHING MUCH WORSE! The people here are extremely rude and incompetent. Every time I go in, there's another big billing error. I felt the people here were grossly incompetent and the business as a whole was severely dysfunctional. I truly hated, loathed, and despised going here, a huge waste of time and money.

Being an athlete all my life I have worked with Micah at Harbor Physical Therapy multiple times. Back when I was running cross country a lot he fixed my Achilles tendon pain. During my brief stint with football, he relieved me of bicep pain. Now that I am in high school playing year-round, highly competitive basketball I am putting as much stress on my body as ever before. A few months ago I came into him with pain in my knee that I had definitely let go on too long and had gotten pretty bad. We began to work on it but just a few days later I badly sprained my ankle at practice. Micah was able to rehab my ankle to get me back out on the court in a timely matter while still working on getting my knee better. Once we honed in on the knee the improvement was obvious. I could play multiple games in a row and not have as much pain as I had after playing just one game before. He always kept me informed on how I was doing and what the improvements I was making meant. He also was able to understand and answer every question or concern I had about how my knee was doing despite me sometimes being vague in my descriptions. He created a schedule for exercises to do at home that he constantly updated depending on my improvements and needs. Now my knee is constantly getting better and near the point of being pain-free. Micah and the other therapists there are also very nice, happy, and funny people and you can definitely tell that they care about you getting better.
