Dr Reiter , what can I say? She truly cares. I recall my first encounter with her in an emergency situation with my dog tinkerbell when she was attacked and Dr Reiter sewed her up and even followed up after! (This was a few years ago) and she was our doctor for life from then on.Yesterday, another emergency situation where my papillon got an acutely very, very sick. She again, came to the rescue!Useless bay is FAR from useless my friends! On the contrary when your pet is your dearest friend, this is the place to go - where they TRULY care ❤️

I have been going here for years for all my dogs! I'm very grateful for Dr. Rieter. One of my dogs has become more challenging at the vets now. I'm grateful for how she handles Roku. She stays calm and doesn't handle him in an alpha/dominate way. They don't treat Roku or myself in a negative way, now that he has to be muzzled and takes some "special fineness" to see him. ? Thank you, Dr. Rieter and staff!

DR Bishop, Dr Rieter (and occasionally Dr Parent) are the BEST vets I have had since 1993!! Also, they have the BRDT Stagg I have had the pleasure of working with out of EVERY OTHER VETS OFFICE, including other VCA vets. They are compassionate, listen to your concerns and are very reasonable! I will ONLY take my 3 dogs to them (and an occasional sick squirrels, chipmunk, bird and domestic and wild rats!Thank you all so much. You are truly magnificent and my pups love you.Also you will do your best to help same your client's cost, while at the same time, do not simply on their treatments.Thank you so much for all you do for my "babies".
