South Island Medical is an excellent clinic providing very good care. The providers, including Dr. Annette Fly, Dr. Anna Edgecomb, and a physician assistant, are described as excellent, knowledgeable, caring, and empathetic. They listen, provide timely care, and demonstrate outstanding medical professionalism. The office and front desk staff are friendly, patient, efficient, and helpful. The onsite lab is great with a very nice and good technician. Patients feel sincerely cared for and highly recommend the clinic for primary care.
I am very happy with my primary, Annette Fly, ARNP, and have seen her for 4-5 years. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and a good listener. I don't seem to have difficulty getting an appointment. I recommend her often.
Front desk staff are friendly and patient, and they answer the phone. The lab is great to have onsite and the technician is very nice and good at her job. Anna Edgecomb is a very good provider, she listens with empathy and provides excellent care. Highly recommend for a primary care provider.
This clinic, from all my experience over many years, is excellent. I have found the office staff to be friendly and efficient. Of the doctors currently working there, Dr. Annette Fly and Dr. Anna Edgecomb, both are excellent. Last week I had a skin cancer biopsy performed on several dark spots on my back by Dr. Fly and two assisting RNs. The procedure was quick, efficient, and they made the experience as comfortable as it could be. Results proved that there needs to be one spot completely removed in a follow up appointment. Dr. Fly called me at 6:45pm tonight to explain the follow up in detail. That kind of medical professionalism is outstanding and demonstrates the care South Island Medical provides.
