They built my dream shower! Everyone treated me like a VIP, from all the lovely ladies in the office, to the team that did the demo and built my new shower. The shower is as functional as it is beautiful! I love it, I used to dread having to take a shower in the old one, it was so awkward.Chris also did a great job of the tile and everything, I couldn't be happier, it's gorgeous!Mark from Hollow Log Plumbing did a fantastic job with the plumbing fixtures and explaining how to use them - they are just beautiful.

Everything was great! The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was I wish I could have gotten the carpet installed at an earlier date, but I realize that could be out of your control

The folks at Heart Mountain did a beautiful job installing our counter. They let us keep samples as long as we needed them to make our decisions. At one point during the installation, things were not quite going the way that we anticipated so Niki sat down with me and explained the install process to my complete satisfaction. This says more about them as a company than working with a company where everything goes smoothly. They took the time and care to make sure that we were completely happy and smoothed the hiccup perfectly.
