I came in for a crater filling in October 2022, and it fell out the same week. I had it filled a second time the same month, and wasn't charged again for the service. They drilled in my tooth without letting the numbing take place, it was excruciating, they said "Oh sorry, didn't think it was that deep". They did not wait for the numbing, it was a horrible experience. They also didn't take any state insurance, so it was out of pocket, not a problem at the time. This same filling has now fallen out a second time and so sharp. They also neglected my shallow cavities everytime. I went and saw Dr. Biehler and felt that he was very unfriendly and very rush. He ask me a couple of questions did a very quick exam and left without saying much. The dr. was recommended by a couple of friends on how good he is and friendly. But with the exam he gave I'm not sure, thinking about seeing someone else. The doctor made me feel that he did not want to see me.
