“I was a bit dubious about hiring someone I didn't know to solve a problem, however, I had dug myself into a hole that I couldn't get out of---No wifi, no telephone, no mesh system--Nothing!! I finally had to surrender to the electronic gods. Well, to make a long story short---In walks Jim. Within an hour or so he had me up and running with everything operational again. Was it a miracle? I'm not sure, but it was pretty darn close. Jim is very knowledgeable and methodical in resolving problems, and in this case, he saved the day for me. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!! “I'm always hesitant on hiring someone to fix things for me. In this case I had no choice for I had a faulty amp on my active speaker. I'm glad I brought it here. I brought it in and I was helped to get my monster of a speaker out of my truck and inside. Told him what was wrong and had a few great stories to share about audio stuff. I was told 5 weeks was about the return I would get. To my surprise, it was less than half that. I wouldn't hesitate to bring another piece of electronics here for repair. Price was more than fair and the service was top notch in my opinion. Turn around was A+.“
