This is the best customer service I've had in years. I contacted Kelly over the phone and met with her after that. Within a few hours I had a quote with everything needed for the job. I ended up changing the product and she accommodated my needs with ease. From order, to purchase and then pick up was a breeze. This is the second time I have order materials thru Metal Roof Specialties. Both times they have been very helpful. Always there to answer questions and the displays in the showroom are very helpful especially when I was roofing my house and had to flash my chimney. Jed was my last order taker specialist and he was fantastic! My materials came out perfect! I hope this was my last order for a roof but if it isn’t I will be back!
