The original estimate visit was surprisingly pleasant and low-key. The sales representative was understanding about the chaos that is our family and had no problems being flexible with location/timing/interruptions during our appointment. He also was never pushy, did not do the annoying hard sales tactics, listened to what we wanted and needed, and didn’t try to convince us to buy the higher priced options.
Sales rep was great. Process was horrible. Workers did a good job. Fix the process so you don't have to have the dog and pony show for repeat customers or agents of properties.
sales rep = honesty, transparency, fast transaction with on the spot install date. install crew = quality work, efficient use of time, conscientious of not damaging house/garden areas, thorough clean-up after completion
