As a homeowner replacing a roof is one of the most expensive and stressful things you have to deal with. Doug and Mark were great to work with. Their team took extra care of our home from protecting our landscaping, adding extra protection to our eaves and facia pieces, to impeccable cleanup. I have a large amount of pipes, conduit, hvac, and light fixtures. The whole job was done quickly, professionally and to a very high standard. No mess was left when they were done. Paul and his entire team at Baydos are an amazing group of people. From ensuring I was comfortable with the purchase, to making sure my 4 year old was comfortable while I was signing paperwork, someone was there the entire time helping out. I've rented a 6x10 utiluty trailer from Sunbelt twice now to transport my motorcycle from Washington to Arizona. Both times the guys in the office were helpful and friendly. I had the trailer for over a week both times and it cost me under $200 each time. It's tough to beat that. Much better prices and much better equipment than U-haul.

I came into work on December 22nd and there was no heat in my space. We called our landlord who was then able to get MCS out that day. Our neighboring unit was having the same problem. Ro Ro came out and was absolutely wonderful! A true professional and gentleman indeed. He said the external unit was turned off for both both our spaces. Unfortunately, however, that didn’t fix my problem. He took the time to troubleshoot for us. He could’ve easily left and rescheduled us but he didn’t. I was so grateful and absolutely surprised as that’s what most companies do nowadays. He said he wasn’t going to leave until the problem was resolved. Turns out that we needed to replace the thermostat and he made sure to authorize it with me. He programmed everything and got us heat again. His communication was exceptional! Ro Ro was kind to everyone and very quiet too as we are a spa and had guests receiving services. If we ever have future HVAC needs, I’m going to see if we can have Ronald out again. Five Star rating to R+L Carriers. My delivery driver Greg, made a special effort to complete my delivery today. Greg who was delivering product to large box stores using a large 18 wheeler semi-truck also had my item on his truck. His truck would not have been able to make it down my dead-end residential street. Rather, than not delivering my item today and sending it out for delivery tomorrow on a small box truck, Greg was able to meet me in a nearby parking lot (less than 2 minutes from my house) where I was able to quickly get my package and be on my way. Thanks Greg.
