The reception area was an awkward experience with 3 people behind desks giving a judgemental feeling stare at us when we walked in with no welcoming greeting and we felt like we weren't supposed to be there. That experience alone made me want to leave for another vet.“

“After my normal vet told me that they couldn't see my dog with facial swelling for over a week, I called Whatcom Vet on my mom's recommendation. The wonderful office staff were able to get me in within a half hour of calling. Dr Johnson was able to determine that my dog's tooth needed to be pulled, and they performed the surgery the following week. the vet tech, Nancy, was very informative and kind, and I knew that my girl was in the best of hands. My dog has recovered with absolutely no issues, and I will not hesitate to bring her back.
