“I went here for the first time on Friday and had an appointment with Madison for an acne treatment facial and she got me started on a personalized skincare regiment. I can’t put into words how incredible she was. She was so knowledgeable when it came to the type of acne I have and my skin has never felt better! I would normally wake up with at least a few new acne spots and haven’t had any since my appointment. The products are already working for me and acne is something I’ve struggled with for years. “**July 20/2024** I would like to add to and update my rating from a 4 star to a 5 star! Every time I have gone tanning since the incidents below, NOT ONE bulb has been out in EITHER location! Also, Indigo is a gem! I'm in the middle of a huge research paper for school (so I'm a ball of STRESS), forced myself to take a break to go tanning, and I'm SO glad that I did! When I got there, Indigo informed me that I have a free tan! I've been dying to try the red light therapy, so she walked me back and showed me everything and anything I could want to know about it! To be 100% honest, I thought she may try to sell me something at some point, but she didn't! She didn't go on a schpeel about packages or anything at all! It was like she was just trying to help me RELAX! I left there feeling like I'd just spent a whole day at a spa! THANK YOU Seattle Sun Tan AND Indigo for helping me feel like a million bucks and find some MUCH NEEDED relaxation:)

I LOVE this place and have been going to the Lakeway location for years! The staff are absolutely amazing and incredibly compassionate, caring ladies. They're great, but it seems management/maintenance is slacking, unfortunately (hence the 4 star rating rather than 5). I swear, I don't think I have EVER experienced even ONE burnt out bulb in the decade I've been going here! ....until recently. Out of the last THREE times I've gone tanning, I've had burnt out bulbs TWICE? Face bulbs, at that! If a bulb goes out in one of the many that are in the body part of the bed, not a big deal. But there are only 3 bulbs total for the face, so missing one is kind of a big deal. This place is not cheap, so I would expect to have a bed with all the face bulbs working! The first time it happened, meh, it happens. But to happen a SECOND time within 2 weeks in the same bed? Grr! First it was the right facial bulb, this time it was the left. I don't know, maybe I'm expecting too much from them? It's just kind of frustrating when you spend thousands of dollars at a place, then you don't get the full advantage of the product you've purchsed.“

“Great value gym, especially if you sign up as a new member. Equipment is older, and general cleanliness has been great. Every day i see their maintenance person working hard to keep it clean. Some bigger cleaning projects like shower ceilings are getting tackled now, perhaps thanks to new management (Congrats once again Sarah). I've even gone barefoot in showers and have been fine btw.Re towels, I've seen them run out ONCE. Very thankful for the plentiful supply of complimentary towels for wiping down equipment and shower towels. Should they ever run out again due to issues beyond their control, I suppose one could simply buy a $2 towel especially if you're concerned about covid :)“
