    Losing a loved one is hard. Sean at Greenacres was such a help... he answered every question we had and took every phone call when we had more. We felt he truly cared about our wishes and was willing to do anything he could to help. We were very pleased with how everything was taken care of. Thank-you to Sean and the rest of the Moles team.

    The staff at Moles are very helpful, professional and nice to talk to. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience. We were told that the cremation of a loved one who passed away would take an estimated 7-10 days and I thought we would have time to choose something memorable. I wanted a piece of jewelry with a fingerprint, but when I called two days after being told that, I was informed that the cremation was already done and it was too late. I understand that Moles doesn’t control scheduling when it comes to cremation services, but they knew we were interested in items as a memory keepsake and didn’t inform anyone that the cremation was scheduled or about to take place....read full review
