We were welcomed at the door and each staff member we interacted with was friendly and informative. We did the Himalayan salt cave and 3 hr spa time with massages added on. Service was excellent and all spaces were clean. We wish they were closer to us as we would do again.

Such an amazing staff, it was my boyfriends and I's first time and we couldn't be happier. We did the halotherapy and a couples massage, both we just amazing. I would highly recommend, it makes a great weekend giveaway for a couple.

I've been to Flow Motion about 5-6 times and thoroughly enjoy each stay. I most recently had a massage with Lizzie, who was AMAZING. Absolutely the best massage I've ever had, hands down. Lizzie was so intuitive with her work. She showed that she was very knowledgeable and dedicated to her massage practice, and she really made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She even spent some time with me after the massage to let me know areas where she felt differences/tension, which matched up to exactly what I have been experiencing. Lizzie is a gem.
