Bode's Electric & Plumbing installed an EV charger at my house. The experience was seamless and cost-effective. I'm a very busy guy with a hectic work life. However, Shauna did a great job scheduling both the initial inspection and install on days that worked with my schedule. She was knowledgeable, responsive and professional. Aaron and Brock performed the install in less than 2 hours. Great guys! They were friendly, experienced and efficient. Bode's Electric is now part of West Mechanical. I had used them in the past when it was an independent business. So I was familiar with the quality of their work. Their work quality and responsiveness is still very good. Our electrician came out earlier than anticipated. He gave us two choices for the scope of work and emphasized choosing the least expensive option as that fit our needs better. So no hard sell. The installation of an outdoor outlet was very quick. I have them a four star rating mainly for quality and customer service. I am ambivalent as to the value component. The job was about $500. The labor and material were $400, which I think is okay. Very satisfied with Bode Electric. They responded quickly; they gave us a quote on the phone, and held to the quoted price. They arrived on time, and the work was quickly resolved. The service men were professional and knowledgeable about the problem. I would recommend them.
