We at Happy Quest Home Care deeply appreciate the dedicated social workers at the VA HHA and Spinal Cord Injury units. As the owner of a home care company, I have had the privilege of working directly with these committed professionals, particularly the team leaders on both sides and those involved in respite care. Your unwavering support and collaboration greatly enhance the quality of care we can provide to our clients. Thank you for your continued partnership and outstanding service.

I am new to the VA system and the Federal Way Clinic. Every time I have been in or called they have been very helpful and pleasant. That's not the case with Seattle or American Lakes, they've been hit or miss. But the Fed Way folks have been great.

I have not had a bad experience at any VA facility to date. This facility is a bit smaller than others I have gone to but it's in a good location. What I really like about this one that I haven't seen in others is the booth like reception area that encourages privacy when checking in or out of the clinic. It's enclosed and allows for 1 vet at a time. This is a great idea on so many levels. The second part is something I hold near and dear. Customer engagement. The moment I sat down I started conversing with others in the waiting area. Granted, the facility isn't responsible for people's ability to engage. However, people engage in safer environments. If your comfortable and happy in an area, your mite likely to engage. To me, that's an indicator on the facility and staff itself. If you think about it, it's a good parallel to draw and can be pretty accurate. Granted the check in is on the third floor, I found the area in the 3rd floor to be very catering and relaxing. This is important. Especially in a VA clinic. I will update my review upon further interactions with the staff. As it stands, this place is great in my book. If your in the market for a CBOC, this is a good facility. Ample parking, great proximity to coffee/food, and discrete enough without being hidden or secretive. Important!
