Kim definitely was able to fit me in on such short noticed for my homecoming dance, however when i tried to cancel(HOURS PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT), they told me either to call or email, so i emailed. Mind you my appointment was at 2:15pm but she called me at 2:50ish asking where am i? I told her i cancelled via email and she said, "oh, we'll you're supposed to cancel by phone." and then hung up on me, didn't give me a refund or anything. I am 16 and i don't have the luxury to be losing $30 on nothing.
I’ve been seeing Kim at Twin Lakes Hair Salon for 12+ years now. Crazy how fast the time flies. After every appointment with her I always leave happy and my hair looks great. She’s now moved to Studio #22 in the Sola Salon studios building. I recommend her highly! Kim strives for perfection. I have zero doubt in her abilities, I completely trust her with my hair and that’s saying something. :)Services: Haircut
This was my first visit and I will definitely be returning. My hair color and hair cut were outstanding. The atmosphere was very relaxing. Kim was very professional and personable quickly making me feel comfortable. It was obvious she takes pride in her work!Service: Haircut
