I call and the answering machine states “hours are from 9am to 5pm”

I show up at ten and read the sign stating “Thursdays - 11am to 5pm” (store is closed)

I come back at 11am. Still closed

I come back at 12:30pm. Still closed.

We just moved to Federal Way and I'm so happy we found this Barber Shop. My husband received the best haircut he's ever had from Michelle. The shop is very clean and they are meticulous in how they handle COVID. Call first. Highly recommend.

This shop has the best staff. They took care of all my needs and expectations while doing my hair cut. The barber who did the hair cut was an amazing person. He was very honest and professional with me throughout the whole process. He  paid attention to my requirements during the process.
