I dealt with Joseph Humphrey over the phone. We were looking for rollers for a T870. After almost 2 hours of phone calls and no luck finding any I stumbled across their website. After a 10-minute conversation with Joseph he found the parts I needed and we had them ordered and paid for within a couple hours. Absolutely phenomenal customer service and a company we will definitely do business with again!

I was not able to locate the pin we needed for an after market track. I asked every local and online company I could find. Had zero luck until TracksNTeeth. They stuck with it and located the pin we needed and found the best price shipping for Alaska and had it to my PO Box in 2 days! Took me a month to find them, but these people are now on speed dial. Thank you for your assistance and helping me when no one else would or could. You saved us the time and expense as the next step was making our own and finding the correct materials to do it. No small task and not something we need to do thanks to TracksNTeeth!
