I have had a great experience in fixing my Mercedez CLA250 that had a coolant leak. Came down to the city from Vancouver CA, I was not familiar with the city or any maintenance shops. So, I had to call many repair places to find the right one on Friday afternoon, but no one was accepting my request either due to their lack of knowledge or just didn't wanna bother their time on weekends. When I called this shop, the technician happily accepted my situation. I was desperate and in a hurry because I had to go back to Canada.
