We went really early, it was still empty. Just my family. That was nice. Not too busy. The water was clean. The cold was really cold, the hot was not super hot though. My mom said the water seemed a lot cleaner now than before so that's good, but the place is definitely showing it's age. Major need of a renovation. Small pieces of tile missing here and there. Paint chipping. Lot of rust showing on door frames... etc. You only get one small towel and one large towel. The food options were quite limited. I'm not sure if I would call it a Korean spa anymore. The price is also a quite expensive. $40 per person for maximum of 4 hours.

This business has consistently gone downhill. My friends have enjoyed our scrubs and using the day spa many many times. However the cleanliness this last visit was terrible. Perhaps it's because we always have gone in the morning and this time we went in the evening and they're not cleaning the facility as they should throughout the day if so that needs to change. They are supposed to have three soaking tub, one hot, one warm one cold ---only the warm one was functional. Really nice, clean and comfortable. Kay is amazing for massages. Was a bit odd to have to use zelle to pay for lunch( and restaurant had a closed sign but was open) and that they have a time limit. I did enjoy being able to pre book our massages. Food was tasty. Hot rooms were amazing!! All in all a very nice way to spend an afternoon Will 100% be returning
