Michael and his team are reliable,honest, trustworthy, very knowledgeable and respectful of our concerns. His staff as well as Mike walks u through what will be done and what needs to be done to get the job perfect for you. I will send family and friends to this shop. And will be back for any of my needs for all my vehicles. He also does phenomenal at painting vehicles as well from stock to one of a kind custom paint. Pacific one did a phenomenal job on my truck. Upon entering Pacific One, we felt like we were in a dealership, rather than a repair shop. Someone was at the front desk to greet us and there was a clean and spacious area to sit in should we need to wait, which we didn't. Our Hyundai had damage to the front end and undercarriage and we were advised how long it would take to complete the repairs. Ahead of the anticipated completion date, Pacific One called to say our Hyundai was ready to pick up. When we got there, our car was waiting for us, wholly repaired and detailed inside and out. We felt like we were driving a new car. Highly recommended!
