This building separate from hospital is a joke. They are very unorganized, I get its covid but if you see (my wife) obviously pregnant and with twins and she asks what room and floor to go to, at least say the right one. We were late to appointment even showing up 30 mins early because we were told the wrong floor and even the first floor we went to we had to wait 20 of those mins because they had the door locked. We almost got our appointment canceled because of the miscommunication. I also couldn't go in for the ultrasound because they said to many people have covid. Was very streamlined. Got first covid vaccine. Was in and out in just under half hour which includes 15 minutes observation after shot. Other family members had bad experience at other hospitals with long wait times and lack of consistent distancing even with appointment. I had none of those issues at your hospital.
