Review for the referral for Nutrition for internal and outside of Kaiser. 2.5 months out for an internal appointment? Referral to an external provider no good because they don't have what they need to schedule me? What does a patient need to do to get some timely help? Write a bad review on Yelp in hopes that someone in management will notice that something is seriously wrong especially for those patients who are dealing with diabetes and high blood pressure who needs to be seen?

My son is 13yrs old and has been seeing Dr Pamela Mouser since he was 2yrs old and the experience and care from Dr Mouser has been exceptional, she is caring and thorough and doesn't make you wait around. Even though Front desk at K.P Federal way doesn't feel personal or warm at all but when you go in to see Dr. Mouser, it changes everything. Thank you Dr Mouser.

We called Kaiser member services Friday evening to find out where to get a Covid 19 vaccine and were told Federal Way Kaiser had a walk-in clinic the next morning. When we arrived at Federal Way Kaiser Saturday morning, they refused to give us Covid 19 vaccines, saying that they were only giving Covid 19 vaccines to people who were also getting the flu shot. (We had gotten our flu shots two weeks earlier.) We explained that 1) member services had told us we could get the vaccine there on Saturday morning and 2) one of us was 81 years old. Woman at front desk seemed not to care, she spoke disparagingly about member services, and she used the word "opportunistic" in her response as to why we could not get the vaccine. Perhaps Kaiser has advised their front desk staff to beware of "opportunistic" 80+ year old Covid 19 vaccine seekers? BOTTOM LINE: KAISER REFUSED TO GIVE THE COVID 19 VACCINE TO AN 81-YEAR-OLD WOMAN, WHO WAS TOLD BY KAISER MEMBER SERVICES THAT THE VACCINE WAS AVAILABLE TO HER IN FEDERAL WAY... BECAUSE... SHE HAD GOTTEN THE FLU SHOT TWO WEEKS EARLIER. Absurd!
