I'm so happy I came here. The staff was amazing and so friendly. They treated me like family. Dr. Walter was my hero. He was funny and kind. He listened to my needs and took amazing care of me. I couldn't have been in better hands. He pulled 2 molars and a wisdom tooth in 20 minutes. Painlessly. I will be going back for all my dental care. Thank you so much
I am a pharmacy technician student and a recent patient at this dental practice, compelled to share my distressing experience to warn others. Despite prepaying $500, they refused to refund the amount and only reluctantly applied it to a future appointment after our insistence. More alarmingly, I encountered racist attitudes and a disturbing assumption that people of color are less capable of feeling pain. Dr. Liu Yanling's conduct was particularly egregious, prioritizing financial gain over patient well-being. I’m in SO MUCH pain and I was able to get a SAME DAY appointment, AND financed right away… prices here also beat other offices. When I arrived the front desk staff were so welcoming and helpful. The DR was able to stop the pain and service my tooth asap! He also got me to laugh instead of cry over this pain. Dr Walter has the best bed side manner and communication was very transparent… although I was scared, he put everything at ease. BTW my appointment was after 5pm on a Friday… 100% recommend (pricing is fair, same day appointments available, office is clean and friendly, and I got financed right away)
