Approximately one year ago, my partner and I had an incident occur at our place wherein all of our clothes, comforters, towels, etc had to be cleaned. Some of it had special instructions. We reached out, and arranged for Dash Point Laundry to handle nearly 10 bags as a drop-off - we were apprehensive as some of it was irreplaceable. Though it was very busy that day, the woman on duty (unfortunately I don’t recall her name) was incredibly professional, ensured she understood exactly what was needed, and handled it perfectly. My daughter came here for her first ever laundromat visit and we were very impressed with Anna and the facility. Anna was so helpful and the place was very clean and well-maintained. If my washing machine breaks, I will come here for sure. Thank you Anna!
