They get way too busy. The front desk reception is very nice and friendly and provided great customer service, before they got super busy. My mother had a mani pedi and also wanted a facial. The nail techs have no communication or customer service skills. We weren't impressed so we skipped the facial. They're pretty pricey too. Go somewhere else. I don not recommend this place.

I have been going here for years and have received exceptional service every time! I request Emmy, who is very meticulous in how she does her craft. Years ago before I discovered 8th Day Spa I would have to go home and re-file my nails and pick off pieces of polish that had gotten on my skin. I have never even had to look twice at my nails after leaving this place, I have to book Emmy weeks in advance because she is just that popular :-)! :-) I would highly recommend going to Day Spa however, you're gonna have to share Emmy with me :-)!

I’ve been to a ton of nail salons and I normally end up with butchered nails due to the grinding tool they use instead of a regular nail file. I had my nails down at the end of 2023 in another salon and they’d filed my nails down to almost nothing, cracked and split and bleeding. I was terrified to get my nails done ever again and I reached out to 8th day spa because a friend of mine regularly visits them. Not only did they spend a significant amount of time emailing with me to assure my comforts and find a way to get my sensitive nails done, but they assigned me with a very gentle nail tech who was able to use the grinding tool without hurting me.
