James and Connor were out at my house yesterday, trying to fix a problem with my setup that has been long standing. They did a great job tracing it down and setting it right. They didn't do the original installation so it wasn't something they had to handle. It was not a huge job for which they could charge a whole lot. But they did their very best to help me just the same. Their work was great and the price was very fair. They were honest throughout. I'm grateful and recommend them without reservation.

James arrived on time and conducted a thorough inspection of the chimney (inside of home and from rooftop) in a timely manner, but did not rush. He was very courteous and answered questions, demonstrating his expertise in his field. The cost was justified, given his experience and excellent reviews. I would highly recommend him.

Good guys! Super polite and efficient. No weird upselling. Told me of a couple of things to keep an eye on in the future and gave advice on future cleanings. Will surely recommend!
