If you want someone who will purposely enter your information incorrectly, even while they have the printed documents in front of them. Causing you months and months of problems with the IRS where you have to spend hours trying to talk to someone with the IRS I TOTALLY RECOMMEND IF YOU ARE BORED AND WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND BE PISSED OFF!

Prices considerably higher than other tax offices, with the same service. I guess it's okay in case you don't want to wait or make appointments. When I need a related service, I prefer to try my luck with another company than return here.

When I called I explained what I needed done in detail and the woman on the phone said she would do it for $140. After I dropped everything off and got the call that it was “done” I went to pick everything up and they ended up charging me $400. After I got home they texted me saying it was rejected so it wasn’t done after all. When I called and told them I was only given the price of $140 they acted like it never happened. I was referred here and gave it a chance and in the end they took advantage of me and left me struggling to get by. I try so hard to be kind and trusting but this takes advance of people like that.
