My husband and I are thrilled by our new solar system. We have been working with United Solar since November on a large project–a ground mount with 20 xl panels, a 200 foot trench for the conduit, a battery back-up system with a generator charging option, and a new high tech inverter. Our goal was to be more energy independent and prepared for outages.Because it was a large project, we interacted with a TON of people, and every single person that came to our house, every subcontractor, electrician, solar designer, and even the contractors digging the trench were AMAZING. Friendly, Knowledgable and Quality teamI had been looking at getting a solar + battery system in my house for a few years. I talked to about 5 installers during this time and didn't feel comfortable with any of the bids I had received and had decided I was going to subcontract out the work with my own design. As I was getting ready to design my system I saw that united solar was a newish company that was certified to install sol ark.I contacted united solar and they really knew the ins and outs of all the technical aspects of solar.
