TOV was recommended to me after a mitigation company took care of the initial cleanup from a busted pipe below my house. Due to the current 'pandemic' situation, my nation-wide insurance company ended up assigning five different adjusters to my case over the period of a year. TOV was very, very patient, even when they had to submit the same information multiple times. When authorization for repairs was finally given, TOV had people in and out in a quick, clean, and efficient manner. Replacing insulation, vapor barriers, and flooring, with a little bit of touch-up paint... all done in three easy days.
