I have been seeing Leslie for years and she does a beautiful job cutting and styling my hair every time! She has always been so warm and welcoming. Leslie is also very knowledgeable about the products she uses and works very hard to make sure they are clean and environmentally friendly. She has saved my hair annually from 11 years of pool damage when I worked at a local pool until I got my first "proper adult job". Her styling work when I attended prom was stellar! I have the most stubborn mixed breed hair ever....and I've never been able to get the color I wanted. I can't count how many times I've cried walking out of a salon, $200-$300 deep not even getting close to the color or cut I wanted. I had a friend refer me to Laycee at Executive Beauty Suites (previously she was somewhere else) and until hell freezes over I will never leave lol. I've never met anyone with more knowledge to share about hair, hair color, and the realities of it. Not only is she an absolute hair color GENIUS....but she considers your hair's health (ie: wont fry your hair) considers the fade (do you want it to fade pink or not?) and not only that-gives you options on how to prolong color so you can extend time between visits (who does that?! she does!) She was honest and up front with me about how many sessions it would take to get to the color I wanted, and how we could maximize $ and time achieving it. She also tells me when she can NOT do something, or when she would advise against it.....and I've had other hair stylists just agree and murder my locks. She'll be up front about the realities of vibrant color, mixing colors, how your hair will or will not take colors, etc. I even had a friend who wasn't her client that had her hair stripped from brunette to some god awful yellow-it was so bad it wouldn't even take color, and didn't have the $ to see anyone after she was robbed from the first hair disaster... Laycee walked her through the ways which she could color correct and bring her hair back to health. Literally becuase she's just that nice and that knowledgeable she wants people to have the best hair they can have. I've never known anyone so willing to share their knowledge to help educate others on the best practices for hair. I've referred many people to EBS and they have all become believers. Ladies...when I say Laycee is a mixologist GENIUS....I mean that. I live in Maple Valley and I drive to EVERETT to get my hair done, and I would never change that. If you are looking for someone you can trust with your hair and feel confident that you'll walk away with exactly what you want...and /or know realistically what the road toward perfection looks like....go see her.
