I went for an eye exam and Dr. Lee recommended vision therapy. I told him I couldn't do that right now as I am losing my insurance. He lectured me about the necessity of having medical insurance. I didn't have time to tell him at my appointment but I am losing my insurance because my dad died 3 days prior to my appointment. I felt terrible afterwards and I don't recommend going there. A few years prior I was told I probably had a cancer of the optic nerve with no additional testing. The everett clinic vision center does not take care to deal with highly emotional situations.
Special thanks to "The Frame Whisperer," Licensed Dispensing Optician Robin Dougherty. She fixed my bent glasses, clarified my benefits, and thanks to Robin's quick work with my frames, I'm on vacation tomorrow with a pair of glasses that do not cause headaches (as my back-up pair is 5 years old. I couldn't find a place either at Optum or The Everett Clinic to recognize Ms. Dougherty's good work, and I hope that her supervisor sees this message. She's the reason I'll likely return to the The Everett Clinic Vision and Eye Center for my 2023 annual benefits. Eric Steiner, Freeland, Washington
Great service. Went to get my sons lenses replaced, very costly, and they told me they would try and get the warranty to cover it. Saved me lots of money on something I didn’t even know I had on the glasses. Appreciate the honesty and savings, especially around the holidays. Thank you
