Love the doctors and nurses. Unfortunately the front end receptionist are rude, short and not nice. This office needs a review of who is helping the front and the eye of who patients see 1st. The staff should always be friendly. I've been with the clinic for years this makes me want to change our family location.

This is for nurse Jill and Dr.Miller and other members of the care team who helped me coordinate picking up my allergy shot vials at a time when I was moving out of the country. I am not their patient (but wish I was). Both of them went beyond their call of duty to coordinate with the Shoreline clinic (where my actual care team is) to make sure I could pick up the shot vials.

I was redirected here from Everett clinic Mill Creek after an eye injury. Even without having my identification on me, they were able to help. Kind, informative, and prompt. A wonderful experience! Highly recommended!
