Since the clinic has been taken over by Optum customer service is nonexistent. You cannot schedule an appointment for any procedure without an intake phone call first. This is their clever way of getting more money out of you while you have to wait months to be seen by any of their departments. I was with the Everett Clinic for 60 years but I am done with Optum.

Hands-down, the worst healthcare ever. Absolutely horrible with the communication of never seen a company struggle as much as this one. The doctors are OK but most of the time nothings explained to you and your left to advocate for your healthcare. The only reason I would ever use this clinic is because that's what my insurance company requires. If you can afford it I would highly recommend using other services.

I’ve been a patient at Everett clinic for 17 years. My primary care has left there as well as my orthopedic doctor. I injured my knee a year ago and I have seen three doctors 2 MRIs and the surgeon I saw yesterday did more x-rays. Dr. Mark Friedman. He didn’t seem to be able to ansewer my questions regarding what the other two doctors and said regarding my MRI and made his recommendations from X-rays. he suggest I go back into a knee stabilizer which I have already done for four months as well as knee braces, and physical therapy.
