Visited Jacob at SPT for 4 or 5 visits. He guided me through stretches and workouts that helped strengthen my back and recover from the spasms. The stretches and exercises are repeatable and I can do them with all of my workouts. Plus, he wasn't trying to keep me coming back! He was trying to help me recover so I could move on. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and challenged me to get better. I would definitely return and recommend SPT to anyone needed physical therapy.
