Whenever you have a drain or plumbing problem call this company, they are Fantastic! Especially great was our technician Dylan Wahl . He was very personable, and most of all so knowledgeable. He helped us understand the issues at hand and how best they could be resolved. He really knows his stuff! I would give Dylan and Roto-Rooter 10 stars if I could. Last night, our mainline backed up, and we weren't able to run water or it would come back through the drains on our ground floor. I called Roto-Rooter at about 8:30pm and an hour later, Calin showed up to assess the issue. He got right to work and was able to get things flowing. He patiently answered all our questions, and had a friendly and helpful demeanor. I also appreciate that there were no additional charges for the late night service. Thank you!
