Pacific Rehabilitation Centers - Everett

Established in 1984. Pacific Rehabilitation Centers has been providing treatment to injured workers for 35 years at our Puyallup or Everett clinics; and more recently via telehealth. Our multidisciplinary team provides Early Intervention Programs, Functional Capacity Exams (FCEs), Work Conditioning, Work Hardening and SIMP (the return-to-work pain management program).
