Home Instead has been such a wonderful resource as caregiving for my husband and giving me some well needed free time and breaks thru the week. Steve, who has been with us close to 6 months is just outstanding!! He even saved my husband from choking, which was a very frightening event. All of the staff is warm and caring. Available at all times when I need them, and they check on us regularly to make sure we are doing well and are receiving all the that we need. Highly recommend them.

We used Home Instead for the last year of Mom's life. For most of that time, it was for a couple of afternoons a week for companionship and help with errands, simple housekeeping, etc. For the last couple of months, we had to add extended care.Through every stage, Home Instead was amazing! They contracted the same person to be mom's main caregiver through it all.Every member of the team--office staff, book-keeping, care-giving--were extremely understanding, sensitive, helpful, and supportive in every way. I don't know how other families can provide the excellent care that our Mother gets. It sure takes a lot of resources. We feel very lucky to have found Home Instead. Please let your staff know how happy we are, especially with the administrative staff. I really click with them as well as with the caregivers. I feel confident whenever I need to contact the office, our wishes will be carried out, or a compromise is met. We have been with Home Instead for 9 months. Everyone in our family and everyone that cares for our Mom work together very well. We all have to make changes as time marches on for our aging parent. Thank you for helping us on this journey.
