I came in with my mom who was looking for a wig because she's losing her hair from her chemotherapy. The owner had her sit down and helped her try on different wigs to see what she likes best. My mom is older and super weak at the moment and the owner was very sweet, professional, and helpful, it honestly made me tear up because I know my mom is having a hard time with everything. I greatly appreciate her kindness and patience and my mom loves her new wig!
This is such a great store! Easy access to and from the free way making for an easy commute!When you first walk in, the owner Nicola greets you with a big beautiful smile.I was referred to her by a good friend - one who knows how “picky” I am about getting my very thin mane done by just anyone!I felt very relaxed and comfortable during my visit there where she performed a great weave on my head.She payed very close attention to what I needed done and executed with great ease!I am so happy with the result. I couldn’t say enough good things about Decarla’s. The first time I went in to get a wig for chemo treatments, I felt so welcome and comfortable. The lady was so kind and courteous and let me try on as many wigs as I needed to in order to find the one for me. And I definitely did. I went home and cried because since I lost my hair, I felt beautiful again and it’s all thanks to them! They will spend as much time as you need to make sure you leave their store feeling your best. I have since gone back for another wig and I was again treated with the same excellent customer service as before and the same lady and I tried on more wigs and we laughed at the silly ones... read full review
