This was my third or fourth time with Chinook Services cleaning my dryer vent. They are quick to schedule and informed me of time estimates for arrival and time to do the work. My dryer vent is difficult to access (third floor outside access and close quarters inside a bathroom wall) but they are always able to do the work. I also receive a regular customer discount which I appreciate.

This is my second time using Chinook for roof and gutter cleaning, and I'm very satisfied with their work. They scheduled the job for the next day and arrived right on time. They even sent me pictures of the work before and after, since I have a tenant living in my rental property. I'd highly recommend Chinook! I'll definitely be using them again in the future.

We had window cleaning completed on the 31st and are very pleased with the results. The employee that came out was very thorough & helped me identify which windows have failed so I can submit a claim. He was very understanding of our anxious rescue dog & that helped me to keep her calm. Have already recommended them to family members and will be contacting them again for sure.
