On New Year's Eve we decided to fix our dryer, which lost its heating ability a few days prior. Many places weren't open or were closing early. I located the part we needed at a local, well-known, multi-location appliance store. The problem was, it cost $40 more than I could find it online. Still, they were the only ones that seemed to have it.However, I made a few more calls and finally found Budget Appliance. The man who answered the phone took down the part number, my name and number, and said he would call back. Not that I am jaded and cynical, but I am jaded and cynical.
