After a few visits to Bond Family and Implant Dentistry, I am comfortable leaving an honest review. My 1st encounter with this office was when I had an emergency and didn’t get a return call from my dentist (on an early Friday afternoon). I had to contact another dental office (researched through top rated reviews), and found Dr. Bond’s practice. I called the office (but it was already after hours) on that same Friday, and left a message. Much to my surprise, Dr. Bond’s office called me back, but I wasn’t able to answer. They called again and the same thing happened. By the time my current dental office finally called me back, I’d already gotten an “emergency appointment” with Dr. Bond’s office. They got me in and explained that my tooth needed to be extracted… and why. Not only was the staff at Dr. Bond’s office prompt at responding, they showed genuine concern. The admin staff was amazing, and that counts for 100% of my initial impression. My visits that followed have been great. Dr. Bond has since performed an occlusion adjustment, and I’m amazed at how much it has helped; he really knows his profession! I can’t say enough about the Bond practice and I highly recommend it to everyone looking for an excellent dentist. Thank you Dr. Bond and your caring staff.
I have never had a dentist go above and beyond like Dr. Bond and his staff did. I appreciate the great care and service I received. I always get very nervous regarding dental work due to previous bad experiences elsewhere. I felt at ease and relaxed with the excellent care I received. I was provided great information regarding the procedure and safe numbing agent they would be using due to my pregnancy. I definitely recommend Bond Family Dentistry. Thank you.
I was sorry to lose Michelle Crow as my dentist. I know the Crows were looking out for their patients in mentoring the Bonds, sharing their knowledge, and, as the Crows decided to pursue other interests, Drs. Ryan and Megan Bond have assumed their practice. I’ve already seen Dr Ryan Bond twice and I am very pleased. I had a tooth that was badly chipped; he saw me on a day that they were officially closed. He did an excellent job of making my tooth look and feel. as good as new. Though I know that I’ll have to make some other decisions about this tooth in the future, I can tell I’ll be well taken care of. He is very skilled and he’s very kind and compassionate. In an earlier visit He also took care of a crown that had popped off. He’s good at explaining things and a good listener. I’m feeling confident in and grateful for Dr. Ryan Bond. He will be an excellent partner for my future dental needs.
