Absolutely exceptional service and support! I searched all over for someone to help me solve a downspout backing up/overflowing issue. Needed someone with a camera, geolocator, etc. to help me figure out where the drainage lines went under the pad and what was going wrong. They were awesome; helped me find the collapsed line, where the 2 lines went, staked it out, fixed the collapsed line, and matched the concrete with repair. Super helpful and good price for the high quality and service. Erin in the office was great, and Paul knew exactly what he was doing. Thank you so much, will 100% use them again if ever needed.
i've called allied out twice and used them once – while using their recommendation after the second call. i would have used them the second time but paul helped me find the root cause of the issue, which was not a drainage one but related to the plumbing in my house. i really love when i'm not being upsold for something that won't fix the problem – the integrity of these folks is really high. their workmanship on the first call was speedy, tidy, and fixed the problem. highly recommend.
I rarely write reviews but am so impressed with Allied Waterproofing and Drainage ethics and integrity that I wanted to acknowledge Paul, Erin and Ivan. Paul is trustworthy, honest and fair. He has taken care of my weak drainage system several times over the past years, quickly and efficiently and now will be doing annual maintenance to stop any future problems. I can’t say enough good about Paul and Erin runs the office professionally and always has a cheerful and helpful attitude. Ivan did the actual work quickly and cleaned up all the gunk from the clogs leaving the property spotless. I would highly recommend them.
