Technician arrived ontime. Explained his process and inspected/serviced my Bryant heat pump. Rinna hot water heater was also scheduled for inspection but being an older model (2004) no charge because no serviceable equip/parts. Technician was personable and is an excellent representative / employee for Treats. Would definitely use them again.

I had Treat's out to a listing of mine in Enumclaw. I needed to have the furnace and AC Serviced for the sale. Everything turned out to be OK, which is great for the sale for both the buyer and seller! I would definitely use them again!

These folks have helped us out a couple of times now. They came out promptly and exactly when they said they would. Friendly and professional as well as quick. He got right to work finding out the problem and getting it fixed. He offered advice for the future and was never condescending.
