Mason, the owner communicated well, my roof was completed on time and the job site was left clean. The quality of the work is easy to see. Having roofed in the past myself, I am keenly aware of the small details that make a big difference. I walked my roof surface on both projects after the crew left and observed at times during the install. Based on what I saw, I have referred ECR to both friends and family. Thank you and your crew for an outstanding job on my roof! I am not easily impressed with contractors , but these guys did such precise work. It was a very complicated roofline with lots of angles. I’m very fussy about quality and looked carefully at the finished product- flawless!The yard and driveway were spotless too. Very quick, very efficient. They came in, tore down the old shingles, put on the new, cleaned up and left as if no one had ever been there. I came home to a brand new beautiful roof. Mason was great to work with and did not price gouge me in the least. I would recommend Emerald City Roofing to everyone needing a roof replacement!
