“The pain management is amazing! I have had some on-going S-I joint pain (lower back to the side of spine) for a couple years. Currently in a caregiving job that has me leaning over quite a bit. ANYWAY. I had been in intense pain Monday and Tuesday and it faded as the week went on. Took the 415 Trapeze Flow with Karen today (Friday) and I can bend over without caution!!! The pain is gone! Every body is different and every body goes at their own pace, so keep that in mind! Stretching is sooo important you guys! With trapeze, it makes it fun! Come check out the studio! A great environment to be yourself! ❤“
“I want to give a shout our to Indigo Yoga and Cherie. I have been going to this place on and off since I moved here. In the last couple months since things have opened back up I have been going alot more. Cherie is a fantastic yoga instructor she has really made the space welcoming. The classes have pushed me and my body to do things I did did not think were possible. When they say yoga is Mind, Body and Spirit it's true, but I never really understood until now. I have learned how to breath, instantly be able to relax, that I do have a core and I am stronger then I thought mentally and physically. If you have never tried yoga, I strongly suggest that you do. This is my personal experience and I just felt I needed to share.“
“I love EYCH so much!! I have been going since January, and enjoy every moment I have in the studio. Being able to shut off and take some time to focus on my body has become an important routine for me. I usually do classic 26 but dabble in Yin here and there as well. I love going to Jamie’s classic 26 classes she has helped me get so much better, and I feel so much more in touch with my mind and body!!“
