We have been going to Cindy for around 15 years and she is fabulous both with my dogs and my own schedules. Anyone complaining about her not being open all the time was a very bad year or so for her as she lost her husband unexpectedly and had to work through her grieving process. Those of us that knew her and her husband just backed off a little and gave her the time she needed. She is a lovely lady and a friend now and she is doing well and very busy back to work. My dogs just love her and she does a fabulous job with them so for those of you that have left negative reviews please allow some Grace to others around you if you don't know their situation. We have a doodle and we’re very picky with how his hair looks when it’s short. She did better than I could have ever imagined. Cindy is super sweet and it took half the time it usually takes from past experiences. Even if it took longer, the quality would be there! 10/10 would recommend!!

This place is the best! They are very convenient! We work construction and are on the road continually, get back home sometimes. Anyhow we were in Ellensburg last year noticed they had come bathe a dog or two? And thought oh im going to try this! Low and behold, my Shepherd has never been cleaner or as fluffy ever! You guys did a great job! And I should have given you a bigger tip!!! Totally recommend!❤️❤️❤️ And i will look up your office and give a sufficient TIP❤️ Very happy customer ! Love Saga
