I love EYCH so much!! I have been going since January, and enjoy every moment I have in the studio. Being able to shut off and take some time to focus on my body has become an important routine for me. I usually do classic 26 but dabble in Yin here and there as well. I love going to Jamie’s classic 26 classes she has helped me get so much better, and I feel so much more in touch with my mind and body!!

From Ellensburg Yoga and Coffee House

Ellensburg Yoga and Coffee House is a yoga studio in the heart of Ellensburg, WA. We offer both hot yoga and non-heated classes. Enjoy Yin, Ashtanga, Classic 26&2, and Vinyasa Flows. The coffee shop is coming soon! Soon students can enjoy a yoga session and a coffee shop beverage in the same space.
